Personality
Haughty, cold. He prefers to fight alone or not at all; almost never participating in a team battle unless the team is him alone versus a team. Hardly speaks, but when he does, he means business.

Skills
1. Hikou - This is the ability to fly without the use of Ki.
2. Powerlevel Sensory - The ability to sense where the location of a person's ki signature is. Androids don't don't have a ki signature and thus can't be sensed, however, they can sense the exact power level of a target, like they have a built in scouter.
3. Conceal Powerlevel - Androids don't have a ki signature and thus can never be sensed, and always have this activated. Energy Blast - An energy wave technique formed through the energy of a machine.
Special Moves (Power is PL +35%)
1. Hells Reprise -- Charges energy into his left or right hand and then thrusts his arm forward, sending a beam of energy at his foe.
2. Raging Hell -- Powers energy balls into each of his hands and fires several little balls of energy into his opponent.
Finishing Moves (Power is PL +75%)
1. Hell on Earth -- Creates a massive ball of energy in his hand and throws it into his opponent. No matter what it hits, it'll explode on contact, damaging whatever it hits severely.
2. Infinite Hell -- Charges two balls of energy into his hands and charges at his opponent, grabbing their face with his left hand and placing the other hand on their stomach. He fires both beams at full power, either vaporizing his foe, or sending them flying into the distance near death.
Biography
Flack was once a normal human. Not really an angry human, not really a cold one. But neither was he a particularly good person. The good doctor who gave him his android body and powers randomly picked up people off the streets to experiment on to create powerful robot beings. Flack just so happened to be one of the people that Dr. Meyinus had picked up. Since his rebirth as an android, he's become heartless, in more than one sense of the word, and is a cold, ruthless killing machine. He faintly remembers what it was like to be human, but doesn't remember ever being picked up or how he became as he was now. All he know is Dr. Meyinus created him; and if it weren't for the fact that he needed him for maintenance, he'd have destroyed him out of annoyance long ago.
