Black, sleeveless T-shirt and baggy camo pants. When not in battle, she wears a pair of black and white shoes, but she feels they upset her balance so she doesn't fight in them. Due to this, Meyinus reinforced her feet to be tougher than the rest of her body.
Personality
Abrasive is the best word for it. There are select few things in the world that she respects enough not to act rude to and, odds are, you're not one of them. If you're one of the lucky few, you get a loyal soul that will fight to the death for you.

Power Up
Street Smarts- Due to her colorful background, Kazumi knows how to focus her adrenaline to power herself up immensely. While she can't do the same thing now, being an android and all, she can use the same principle with her energy to achieve the same effect.
Skills
1. Hikou - This is the ability to fly without the use of Ki.
2. Powerlevel Sensory - The ability to sense where the location of a person's ki signature is. Androids don't don't have a ki signature and thus can't be sensed, however, they can sense the exact power level of a target, like they have a built in scouter.
3. Conceal Powerlevel - Androids don't have a ki signature and thus can never be sensed, and always have this activated. Energy Blast - An energy wave technique formed through the energy of a machine.
4. Phasing - Allows a user to move quickly from one spot to another with little to no effort. The user moves so quickly, they appear as if they teleported, however, it's only very quick movement.
5. Energy Blast - An energy wave technique formed through the energy of a machine. It is the most basic form of energy wave. Its power is usually determined by the amount of energy put into it.
6. Self-Destruction - Using the bomb Meyinus has installed in her, Kazumi can cause an immense explosion, taking at least a city block with her.
Special Moves (Power is PL +35%)
1. Rock da Body - Kazumi appears to be everywhere at once, firing off energy blasts from every direction. This is just a feign, though it will hurt to be hit by those energy blasts (PL +10%). The mass majority of the damage is in the real Kazumi being below the enemy, firing off a concentrated energy blast at the opponent (PL +25%)
2.This Bit is Armed and Dangerous - Kazumi can only use this if she has a Bo Staff or Scythe in hand. She channels energy into the weapon and abuses the opponent with it before tripping them up and slamming the weapon into their prone body, rapidly expelling the energy from the bottom, resulting in a shockwave like effect through the enemy's body.
Finishing Moves (Power is PL +75%)
1. No Evidence - Kazumi slams a ball of energy into her opponents that attaches itself to them and acts as a time bomb. She then beats the ever-loving s*** out of her opponent with her metal and energy reinforced feet before firing an energy shot into the bomb, usually looking like she shot at them with a gun, detonating it prematurely and causing an even greater explosion than it would've before.
2. Machine-Gun Rush - Kazumi can only use this if she has a Bo Staff or Scythe in hand. She channels energy into the weapon and actually fires out at her opponent like a machine gun, closing the distance all the while. Then she makes a blade on the Bo Staff or reinforces the blade on the Scythe and cuts her opponent to pieces, detonating the residual energy left in them to deal a fatal final blow.
Biography
Kazumi never knew her parents, her family, or hell, even her name, picking up the first one she heard and keeping it. She's a child of the South City streets, growing up on them, leading a gang from them, just generally surviving on them. She stole, she killed (often and sometimes for fun), she kidnapped, she extorted, she tortured all in the name of survival. Then Meyinus picked her off the streets and changed her into an android. He tried to get her to obey him, but she had only respected 3 people in her life enough to obey them and he wasn't one of them. She actually got to the point of trying to kill him before she was tortured and deactivated. The rest can be picked up In West City. She's self-taught in quite a few weapons that caught her interest, the most notable being the Bo Staff, the Scythe, and the pistol. She's a weapons genius and, given enough time, she could learn to use more, especially if they're being used against her since her specialty is turning the enemy's weapons against them, earning the nickname "Demon Mirror".
