Generally keeps to himself but when it comes to fighting, he's always right in the middle of it. He's not afraid to show off his power and definitely will keep his opponent guessing on his next move. Has a tendency to run his mouth.

Power Up
Full Power - His aura becomes thick and pulsates between red and white, while occasionally sending a harmless shockwave from his body. Gives a 1.6x boost to power based on the PL.
Skills
1. Bukujutsu - This is the ability to fly using one's Ki. The user simply controls their energy and pushes out from underneath them allowing them to fly.
2. Phasing - Allows a user to move quickly from one spot to another with little to no effort. The user moves so quickly, they appear as if they teleported, however, it's only very quick movement.
3. Kiko - An energy wave technique formed through the spiritual energy of a living being. It is the most basic form of energy wave. Its power is usually determined by the amount of energy put into it.
Special Moves (Power is PL +35%)
1. Keisha O Attō Suru (Resounding Tilt) - Holds his hands to his sides, gathering a ball of red energy into each, then thrusts his hands forwards and into each other, sending a beam of energy at his target. Quote: "What's the matter, scared?"
2. Destruction Wave - Xemnion outstretches his arms from his body in a T shape. He then creates blades of energy in his hands and quickly slashes them towards the opponent, sending 2 waves of purple energy at his opponent in an X shape (Two x-shaped waves, 1st is PL +15% and 2nd is PL +20%) Quote: "Eight pieces or four. You choose."
Finishing Moves (Power is PL +75%)
1. Explosive Resignation - Creates a electrified massive ball of pulsating red and white energy in between the palms of his hands, with his arms outstretched ahead of himself. The ball fires forth and explodes in a massive burst in all directions, with a shockwave extending in a close proximity. Quote: "I have your resignation form from existence right here."
2. Blasphemer's Death - Xemnion creates a ball of black energy that is about as tall as he is above his head. He then launches it at his opponent and quickly phases behind his opponent and puts them into a full nelson as the blast quickly makes its way towards the two. (Hits both, PL +75% to target, PL +25% to other) Quote:"I'm not letting you get away from this alive."
About 19 years ago from the present day, the Saiyan home world of Vegeta was destroyed by the tyrannous Frieza, who claimed it was due to meteorites. By this time, Xemnion was only 5 years old, and had been sent out on a mission to the Southern Galaxy by his father, under orders by Lord Frieza, while he was only 4 years old. He did his mission and in a years time, returned to find that Vegeta was no more. After that, he seemed to disappear, some believing him to have been hit by some of the rubble left by Planet Vegeta, however, this is not so. To this day, he has gone from planet to planet, seeking out any other Saiyans who may have either survived the destruction of the planet, or were away on a mission during that time.
