1. Absolutely no spam. That means putting irrelevant information in places. Some things can slide, while others can't. {Breaking this gets you a warning. 5 warnings, period, no matter what rules you broke to get that amount, and you are gone. }
2. The General OOC area is Out-Of-Character. Anything you say in there is regarded as something you said in person. The Role Play Area is IC, or In-Character, and thus, what you say there is regarded as what your character said. ((If you are going to say something Out-Of-Character in the IC forums, please use double parenthesis just like I am doing right now to show that you are not in character)) This also brings us to our third rule. {Breaking this gets you a warning.}
3. Be courteous to other members. It is okay if your character said that another persons character was dumb or something, because that is what your character thinks of their character, and not what you think of another member. We will not tolerate being cruel to other members. So, no name calling or anything. {This will count as 2 warnings, straight up.}
4. If you are disrespectful to any member of staff, you will probably get an instant ban, unless they were disrespecting you first. If you are staff and you disrespect members, you will get one more chance, then you are demoted to normal member status. {Punishment of being banned if you are member to staff, punishment of demotion after the second time if you are staff to member}
5. Please do not break story progression. That means if someone has a story going, do not try to butt in. Ask them through PM if it would be fine to butt in. Usually, it doesn't matter if you do so, in that in real life if you get involved in something, you don't plan it. But if they have a story that is specifically for themselves, please try not to butt in. There is no real punishment for this, it is just being courteous.
6. Try to have fun, that is most important. We aren't here to get stressed out, we are here to get away from everyday life, and it's entrapments.
FAQ
Q: How do you work this site?
A: First, you check the races section to see what race you desire to be. That's step 1. The next step is to check the Universe. If you're an alien species, this is important because you won't necessarily be on 'Earth', so you need to check where you'll be. All Earthlings will be on Earth as their starting zone-- no exceptions unless it's very detailed in the characters' bio why they are not on Earth.
Q: What's with the site? There isn't much going on in it!
A: Well, the site is brand new. Once more members join up, things will pick up and get better fast. Patience; it's a virtue they say.
Q: How does this work? What's this mumbo jumbo about PL and training?
A: Just like any other character in Dragon Ball Z, you'll have a powerlevel. The power level is based on a random number using a number generator. Because we wish very much to keep cheaters away, only admins or mods are allowed to generate this number. This number coincides with a couple of other factors to give you your starting powerlevel. I'm not willing to release this information, because I want this to be Admin and Moderator only knowledge. As for training, you train to level up. Let's just say the more posts done with training, the more enemies you take down, the greater the gravity you train in, the bigger boost to your power. Again, not disclosing that information to the public.
More questions will be posted once they are asked, or thought up as something that confuses even the staff members.
